All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our studio in China.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high order volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $69.

For orders under $49, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.


Tracking Orders

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 1–3 days.


Customs, Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
